• Go to Admin portal> Users> WiFi Devices> Block Devices.

Q7. How can I view the token confirmation if the the license key was canceled. 

• Go to admin Portal> System Status.

Q8. Where can I possibly alter the Global and per User Bandwidth?

• Go to Admin Panel> Network> Bandwidth Limiter (3000  Kbps = 3 Mbps) - (2000 Kbps = 2 Mbps) - ( 1000 Kbps = 1 Mbps)

Q9. What If it errors or the command fails?

• Restart the Vendo.

Q10. Payment Retries Reached?

• It means you have been banned for continuously trying to press "Insert Coin Button" despite not even inserting coins at all.

• Go to Admin Portal> Timer Settings> How many insert coin retries to allow before suspending users?

• Admin Dashboard > Sales > Payment Portals > 40 to 3 GPIO Pin for Coin Acceptor (White Wire) > Save Changers > reboot.

• To check the IP of your Vendo Machine, proceed to Admin portal > Network > DHCP when the IP Address has been given, meaning,  there is a internet connection to your vendo machine.

Q37.  How to remove the redirection site?

• Go to Admiral Portal > Theme > Captive Portal > Page Properties > Redirect to (Delete the URL, then click Save)

• Go to Admin Portal > Theme > Captive Portal > Banners

• Theme > Captive Portal - This is where you can put the music backgrounds.

Q38.  Pause time is dependent to Rates Settings and Session Settings. Check the Session Settings, it indicates here when you should pause time the device.

• For example, the following is the setting of the session settings
